Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at sales@gssmarttechnology.ae with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return. Personal care items (such as hair styling tools that have been used) may not be eligible for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or model, contact us and we will assist you.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
